Your export

You can request an export of the case data we hold about you.

Deletion requests

You can request deletion of your case data. We will review the request against any applicable retention obligation before deletion is completed.

Retention

Retention periods are configured before live launch following the final lawful-basis and compliance review. FairHandled does not guess or silently extend retention periods.

AI use

Customer case material is not used to train general-purpose models without explicit informed permission.
